Fallon Pilott is an independent practice, regulated by RICS. We are based at Rodney Chambers, 40 Rodney Street, in the heart of Liverpool. We cover the city, Warrington, Chester, Northwich and Wigan. Anthony Fallon set it up to work the way he thinks a surveyor should. That means one client at a time, with the buyer as the only client.
That means no ties to estate agents, lenders or developers, and no high-volume model. Anthony inspects every property himself. He writes every report himself. He is also the person who picks up the phone when you want to talk it through.
Reports are written in plain English, to be read and acted on. They set out what we found, what it means for the purchase and what to do next. It may be a RICS Level 2 Home Survey on a suburban semi. It may be a RICS Level 3 Building Survey on a Georgian townhouse. The standard is the same.
